David LaChapelle

I guess you either love or hate David LaChapelle's work. His highly saturated, bright, bold and extravagant imagery is almost grotesque, but you'll have to admit he's played a major part in visualising pop music over the last decade or two. I'm not crazy about his style, to me in this plastic world some of his subjects just seem to lose their personality. But what I do really admire are his big productions, having graffiti artists like Erni Vales paint entire sets for instance.
